Terms and conditions of rental agreement between Jamaica Love Proposals and the client.
1. Jamaica Love Proposals will guide you step by step through the entire process from the planning stage right up to your proposal day, with a private channel of communication.
2. Jamaica Love Proposals will be responsible for the setting up and breaking down of your event, with your own personalized event concierge ensuring the smooth hassle-free running of your proposal.
3. Venue costs and hotel vendor fees/entrance fees are not included in the price of your package. These must be paid for and arranged by the client.
4. Add-ons are priced separately to your package.
5. Late Fee of $100 (us) will apply for arrivals later than 45 minutes from start time.
6. In the event of inclement weather we reserve the right to re-locate your event to an alternative venue in order for the event to proceed, or if both parties can agree the event can be postponed to a different date, subject to availability.
7. A 50% non-refundable (conditions apply) deposit will be required on booking to reserve and confirm your proposal date.
8. Your Full payment should be made at least 7 days prior to your event, unless booking is made last minute and therefore payment should be made immediately on booking to confirm your date.
9. Methods of payment accepted are: Wire Transfers, Direct Cash Payments or PayPal.
10. Publicity rights/promotional use of images. The client agrees that Jamaica Love Proposals, may use images of Events/Clients for commercial use, and for marketing and promotions use for Jamaica Love Proposals.
11. We cannot be held responsible if anyone other than `Jamaica Love Proposals` makes any postings on social media.
12. Holidays are subject to an additional fee – Valentine`s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
